Pilots can run on synthetic product data. Real customer data is not required to prove the concept.

Access and permissions

Retrieval is permission-aware: the system only draws on documents the person asking is allowed to see.

The platform keeps tenant data isolated and records an audit log.

How the AI behaves

Answers come from your approved documents and cite the source. If the answer is not there, the system says so. Conflicting sources are flagged.

We sign NDAs with our clients.

How we use client data

We use client data for internal training only with the client's consent.

Who owns what

You hold the IP in what we build for you. The exception is our flagship offerings, AI Sales Copilot and the Private AI Knowledge System, where Intertwine keeps the IP.

We leave codebases, runbooks and operating models your team can own after the engagement.
