AI Sales Copilot for banking, manufacturing, and frontline teams

Upload a product PDF, a policy circular, or your website. The same day, officers get a learning module, a scored assessment, and a live sales assistant grounded in what you approved.

Frontline banking and manufacturing teams using an AI sales copilot at the desk

The problem

Your company already holds the knowledge. It is not at the desk.

A cooperative bank, a plant dealer desk, and an insurance agency share the same gap. Product knowledge lives in PDFs, circulars, and a trainer's memory. Classroom training runs once, often months after a product launches. There is no easy way to know, before a real customer conversation, whether the officer is actually ready.

AI Sales Copilot is a sales readiness platform for that moment: the customer is sitting across the table, and the approved answer has to be in the officer's hands, not in a shared drive.

Why on-the-fly

A traditional LMS needs a course team and months. This needs an upload.

Instructional design still has a place. It is the wrong tool when the product pack changed this morning and fifteen officers have meetings this afternoon.

How it works

From a document to a ready officer, in six steps.

The loop is the same in a bank branch and on a plant dealer floor. The knowledge you upload is yours. The platform does not replace your core system, and it does not make the commercial decision.

  1. 01

    Upload knowledge

Product PDFs, policy circulars, sales guides, or the company's own website URL.

  2. 02

    Module is generated

Lessons cover product basics, the ideal customer, need discovery, positioning, process and documents, and objection handling.

  3. 03

    Officer learns and is assessed

Scoring is not only pass or fail. It splits what they know, what they understand, and what they can apply.

  4. 04

    Officer practices

An AI-simulated customer raises real objections. The officer responds and gets coached. This layer is in the pilot build.

  5. 05

    AI assistant, live

During the real conversation, the officer asks for documents to collect or how to handle an objection. Answers are grounded in approved material and show the source.

  6. 06

    Manager sees readiness

Scores, knowledge gaps, and assistant usage for every officer, at a glance.

Industries

Where an AI sales copilot actually fits.

The pattern holds wherever a frontline person has to explain a product they did not write, with a customer waiting and compliance on the line. Banking and manufacturing are the clearest starting points. The same platform covers adjacent sales-led teams.

  • 01

    Banking and NBFCs

Product and policy knowledge sits in circulars, rate sheets, and a trainer's memory. A new officer waits for the next classroom batch. A veteran still guesses when last week's circular changed the documents list.

Upload a working-capital pack, a deposit product, or a gold-loan circular. Officers learn it, get scored, and can ask a grounded assistant while the customer is at the desk. The assistant never sanctions a loan or invents a rate.

  • 02

    Manufacturing and industrial sales

Spec sheets, BOM notes, discount policy, and lead-time rules live with a few senior sales engineers. Dealers and new hires sell from last quarter's PDF, or they escalate every technical question.

The same upload loop turns catalogs and policy notes into a module for dealer desks and field engineers. During a visit they can check a spec, a warranty rule, or a discount boundary, with the source cited.

Other sales-led teams

If your officers sell from documents that go stale, the same upload-to-assistant loop applies. We do not treat these as separate products.

  • Insurance

Agents sell from product illustrations and underwriting circulars that change faster than the last classroom session. A copilot limited to approved literature keeps the pitch current without inventing cover.

  • Pharma and medical devices

Field force conversations have to stay inside approved claims. The assistant retrieves from the current detail aid and medical pack. It does not invent efficacy language.

  • Professional services

Partners and managers still rewrite the offering from memory. A service catalog and proposal pack become a readiness module so the sales conversation matches what delivery can actually do.

  • Retail and branch networks

Associates explain offers that changed this morning. Catalog and promotion sheets become a short module plus a counter assistant that cites the current offer, not last month's flyer.

Walkthrough

One product pack. A real sales conversation.

The names and figures below are fictional demo data, built to exercise the platform. They are not a real bank, product, or customer.

Banking example

An MSME working-capital pack: eligibility, sales guide, FAQ, compliance notes. The officer studies a six-lesson module, clears a scored assessment, then sits with a customer who already has a facility and wants another ₹15 to 20 lakh. The the competitor is cheaper. During the meeting the officer asks the assistant which documents to request and how to handle the rate objection, with the policy cited.

Manufacturing example

A dealer pack: SKU specs, warranty rules, discount bands, lead-time notes. A new field engineer learns the flagship line, gets scored on application, then visits a buyer who wants a cheaper substitute. The assistant retrieves the approved comparison and the discount boundary. It does not invent a price.

Trust and guardrails

The assistant coaches. It does not decide, sanction, or invent.

That constraint is the product. In a regulated bank, a pharma detail, or a dealer discount grid, a fluent wrong answer is worse than no assistant at all.

  • Answers come from retrieval over your approved documents, not from the model's general knowledge, and they cite the source.
  • It does not fabricate an interest rate, eligibility rule, price, waiver, or regulatory requirement.
  • If the answer is not in the knowledge base, it says so instead of guessing.
  • If source material conflicts, it flags the ambiguity rather than picking a side silently.
  • It can recommend questions and next steps. It cannot approve, sanction, or decline. That stays with your officer.
  • A pilot can run on synthetic product data. Real customer PII is not required to prove the concept.

Manager view

One screen for every officer's readiness.

Completion is not the same as being ready. Scoring separates a memorized fact from the ability to use it when the customer objects.

  • 01

    Officers enrolled and module completion

  • 02

Average assessment score, split by knowledge, understanding, and application

  • 03

Top knowledge gaps across the team, so retraining goes where it is needed

  • 04

AI assistant usage: what officers ask, and how often

  • 05

Roleplay scores by skill, once practice sessions go live (pilot build)

  • 06

Branch-level filtering so a branch manager sees their branch, and leadership sees every branch (pilot build)

Live now

Proven end to end

  • Knowledge base and grounded retrieval from PDF, DOCX, or a website
  • Learning module generator with lesson summaries, takeaways, and a graded assessment
  • Assessment engine: knowledge, understanding, and application scoring
  • AI sales assistant with citations
  • Manager dashboard for scores, gaps, and usage
  • Multi-tenant data isolation and audit logging

Building for the pilot

Four to six weeks, same architecture

  • AI roleplay: a simulated customer raises 3 to 5 real objections
  • Six-skill coaching scorecard: discovery, product knowledge, value, objections, compliance, closing
  • Meeting prep and meeting summary inside the assistant
  • Branch hierarchy and branch-scoped manager views
  • Role names and taxonomy that match how your institution actually organizes sales

A focused pilot

Ten to twenty officers. One flagship product. Four to six weeks.

We measure product-knowledge scores before and after, roleplay improvement once that layer is live, assistant usage and the questions officers actually ask, and feedback from officers and managers. You get an adoption report at the end, and a clear view of what to expand next.

The goal is not to replace core banking, ERP, or CRM. It is to make every sales officer better prepared and more consistent from the first week of the pilot.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a pilot.

What is AI Sales Copilot?
AI Sales Copilot is a sales readiness platform from Intertwine Technologies. You upload product PDFs, policy circulars, or a website. It generates a learning module, a graded assessment, and a live sales assistant grounded in that approved material, often the same day.
How is this different from an LMS or a chatbot?
A traditional LMS needs a course-design team and weeks of authoring. A generic chatbot answers from the model's general knowledge and can invent a rate or a rule. AI Sales Copilot generates the module from your documents, scores whether officers can apply the material, and answers only from the approved pack, with a citation.
Which industries does AI Sales Copilot fit?
It fits wherever a frontline person has to explain a product they did not write, under time pressure, with compliance on the line. That includes cooperative and commercial banks, NBFCs, manufacturing dealer and industrial sales, insurance, pharma and medical devices, professional services, and retail counters.
Does the assistant approve loans, quotes, or discounts?
No. It coaches and retrieves. It does not sanction, decline, or invent a price, rate, waiver, or eligibility rule. If the answer is not in your approved knowledge base, it says so.
How fast can a team go live?
Once you have a product pack, the knowledge base and learning module can be live the same working day. A focused pilot typically runs 4 to 6 weeks with 10 to 20 officers and one flagship product.
What do you need from us to start a pilot?
One flagship product pack (eligibility, sales guide, FAQ, compliance notes, or equivalent), 10 to 20 officers, and a manager who will look at readiness scores. Customer PII is not required. Synthetic product data is enough to prove the loop.
