Our aggregate liability arising from use of the website or public tools is limited to the greater of INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) specifically for website-tool access in the three months before the claim. Professional service engagements define liability separately in contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold Intertwine harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or tools, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to the website or tools if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if required for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence where they cannot be waived.
